dual arm casement window operator track slider missing

The bigger arm far end is off the track and track slider disappeared, should I buy track slider 39-375?

Hey there!

Yes, you'll need the 39-529 track slider if your old one is missing. This part is designed to be used with the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators which appear to be what you have.
