Your window operator is the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. You'll need either the 39-376 or the 39-452 to replace the cover and handle; these are available in beige (tan).
The black nylon piece at the end of the straight arm is the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider. The bracket attached to the shorter, link arm can be replaced with the 39-545 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket.
