We are looking for replacment latches for several of the windows in our dorms, probably installed in 1968, the hinge hardware says Anderberg LA Calif , US Pat #3.345.777. but the part we need is the dual latch assembly , see the pictures. in many cases the latch is just worn out from use or the latch is broken. There are 2 latches on each window but only the bottom one has a handle a rod connects between the two latches.
