hello can you identify by pictures what parts i need as windows will not stay open and the rods are loose they are not attached to bottom parts located inside window there is a total of 5 windows so i would need new rods and latches for all 5 windows

Hello,
For the spiral balance shown in your first photo, I'd recommend taking out an undamaged balance to determine if you need the 5/8" diameter S600 and 3/8" diameter S900 replacement balances.
As for the channel balance shown in the other two photos, I'd also recommend removing one of them to compare to the S770. Thanks for posting.
