I would need both the right and left operator and two handles and cover please let me know the replacement numbers

Hi, Mike.

Your operator looks like our 39-031 and 39-032 but our long arm measures as 10-3/4" long, when measured from the end of the nylon roller to the center installation hole. Double check your dimensions and see if this matches up for what you need.
