I recently ordered a dual arm operator from you and received it just fine. 39-032

I attempted to replace the broken one and discovered the shorter of the 2 arms is longer than the original so it will not work.

I am less interested in a return as I am in just getting the right product.

The long arm is 9

I think our 39-156 might be a better match. Carefully compare the dimensions to your original hardware and see how they match up.
