HI, I placed an order, which I will be returning some parts 38-096 because it does not. It was a bit too long and does not fit into picture #1. Opening is only 4" long when i was trying to replace it. Picture #2 is my broken part, which i'm, trying to replace. Maybe part 38-139 will fit perfectly, which i dont know so asking you, the expert. Picture #3 and #4 is measurement of my broken piece, so hopefully you could let me know which part i need to purchase. Thanks!

Hello, I agree that the 38-096 that you already purchased and the 38-139 multipoint locks would be our best matches to the part shown in your photos. Unfortunately, the 38-139 has slightly larger hole spacing than the lock that you purchase, meaning that it wouldn't fit your window cutout either. Unfortunately, we do not carry any other replacement options that could work for your repair. I'm sorry that we won't be able to help but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
