Question

The original is the operator stamped townside is the original, on the opposite it is stamped 'entry guard truth 40754'.

The operator is the one I ordered as a replacement.

Everything works well with this operator except that the ending of the arm is not the same bushing.

Is this something that needs to custom made? The window will not close or attach properly with the new replacement I purchased.

Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a version of these operators with a steel roller but we have come across it in the past. Before we address the roller, I would like to start by having you confirm the exact length of the shorter link arm compared to the images below. Once we determine the size that you need, we'll be able to research the best solution for you.
