extension 39-422

Greetings. I went and checked the 39-422 extension and I am afraid it does not fit any of the Pella operators or handles. Not sure what your situation is, but would the T-handle 39-227B or the folding handles 39-403 and 39-404 work for you instead? Take a look and see what you think.
