extension for crank handel

My wife had a granite top installed on our casement window, now the craanks dont work because they hit, I see code # 39-339 extenson looks like what I need but I cant tell if there is a hole in other end with spline. Numbers on my anderson handle is 7191-8

We do not have an extension for the Andersen crank operators but we do have a T-handle that might work for you. See the operator handle 39-298.
