exterior door handle

I ordered an 82-080 thinking both handles matched, but the exterior handle not only doesn't match what I am trying to replace; it also doesn't have a place for a key lock. Please help.

Hello,

The 82-081 is the keyed version of the handle set that you purchased. If the dimensions and 4-15/16" hole spacing match up to your original handle set, I would recommend the 82-081 as a replacement. The different style of the outside pull won't be a problem as long as the dimensions match. Thank you!
