f-0400-16 operator on bay window

I have a bay window with a window that opens on each side of bay window. I need replacement of both. The main part has c-9400-1 on it. The Arm has f-9400-16 on it.. Are these universal and how do I order them? Thanks

Hello! This resembles our 39-264 Andersen operator. Please compare it to your part to confirm that they are the same. They are not universal, but you can order directly from our site if the 39-264 is a match.
