face plate for awning window interior crank

I am looking for assistance with purchasing 10 face plate cover for the inside window frame of an awning window. There are two places on each window for a crank. One is where the crank goes as preferred, on the left of the window or on the right. The other is where a blank face plate is located so there is an alternate location.

We unfortunately don't sell a slot cover that matches this design. The only part we have that might work is our 39-355, but it's still very different and I can't guarantee that it will be compatible with your window. Look it over and see what you think.
