fancy Window cranks on Pella Windows

Handy Person from Colorado Springs
These are for a homeowner I am working with. They say they are Pella Windows, but I am not certain looking from the outside. They are awning windows with a crank only on the right hand side and lever mount locks.

I may need to peel back the trim before knowing the right pieces but I thought I'd give this a shot first.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 38-294 and 38-295 come to mind for the lever locks. We're happy to look into the operator as well but we'll need more information. Can you open the window and show us a clear shot of the arms that move the window sash?

I have a few more photos that hopefully will help us identify the right parts

Hopefully this will help. Thank you

Thank you for the additional photos! The 39-096 comes to mind. The 39-097 is the opposite-handed version. Review the specifications for these operators and see if they match what you're searching for. Please note that these parts are designed for casement windows though it looks like this window was adapted to be used as an awning window—just something to keep in mind.

Unfortunately, we don't sell replacement covers for the operators so you'd have to reuse your old one. I apologize for the inconvenience.
