fenestra window handle for operator

Question

I am looking for handles (lever)  for the operator on old steel framed fenestra windows made in late 30s or early 40s.  the handle fits on the operator and has one screw and a little tab to hold the window in position, the handle would slide onto the square tab shown on lower part of pic.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the old-style operator shown in your photos. The Fenestra 39-344 and 39-358 come to mind, but the dimensions below would be the determining factor. Take a look and see what you think.
