fix 2004 window

Looking to fix a window for a house built in 2004. The window has plastic pieces (one on each side) that clip in the window and attach to a vertical bar that helps a stabilize window. On one side piece has disappeared and would like to replace the plastic piece. I don't know who manufactured window but can upload a pic of the piece and window sticker. Please help.
