flanged screen corner

the arms on the corner, not including the flange part are 7/8"L x 1/2"W x 1/4"H. They are for a square cut frame.

I'm afraid that we don't have a corner with those dimensions. Can you confirm for me the width and thickness of the screen frame itself? That may help me find a match.

Thank you for the reply, the frame opening measures 1/2 x 1/4.

I don't think your corner keys are still available for this type of screen frame. Your screen frame looks like an extruded type, as opposed to the normal roll metal type framing you see. Take a look at the 95-246 or 95-265 to see if you can adapt either of these to your screen frame. If not, you might need to fabricate a complete new screen for your customer.
