folding handles for Semco

Can I use Parts # 39-375 and 39-376 to replace the folding handles for Semco casement windows, since Semco went out of business in 2019?

Hello,
Your photos resemble the 39-375, but you'll need to confirm the dimensions below match yours. Also, note that these folding handles attach to an 11/32" diameter operator spline. Thanks for posting!
