I HAVE A "FOREVER STORM DOOR"; INSIDE LATCH BROKE. WON'T SLIDE OR TURN TO LOCK OR UNLOCK. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A NEW ONE, OR CAN IT BE FIXED? THANKS.

Can we see a photo of your part? There's no guarantee that the parts we have recommended for other customers' storm doors will work for yours. Sometimes brand names aren't totally reliable; you'd be surprised.
