found no markings on windows or part

Question

window wont stay up. entire balance shoe and spring missing from left side of window. dims are approx. 1.25" wide and 9/16" thick.

Looking at your photo, it appears that you could have something like our Series 190 coil balance. Your other parts could be our 15-180, 15-186, and 15-182. Take a look and compare them to yours to know for sure.
