I actually need several different channels this is one of them. Once I have style I can forward lengths of channels and window weights as needed.
Thank you

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 19-7/8" long. You can always check to be sure.

Can you confirm the quantity you'd like to order for this balance?

Can I replace both channel balances to a more readily available style?

No I'm afraid you can't. The issue when trying to use a stock balance to replace this is that if you were to use a 19" version, both the metal channel and cord would be too short and the sash wouldn't be able to close. Meanwhile, a 20" would be too long, and you'd run into the same issue.

I double checked the channel length (just the metal part) and it is 19 7/8" long. What will 2 of these cost to have custom built? Thank you

Hi Emily your 1920 chanel balance I ordered works great. Now I have a window that is 19lbs and 45" wide it is the same height & requires the same style as the 1920 picture I sent you.
I believe the prior owner put the wrong balance in this window as it never worked properly. So my question is I need same style as you quoted before stamped 19 (but actual metal height is 19 &7/8) and its the weight number I don't know. (again the window weighs 19lbs and is 45" wide)
Thank you

That's great to hear! Thank you for the update. I'll go ahead and send you a purchase link for (2) 19-7/8" long balances with the 1950 stamp. A pair of these balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 17 to 21 pounds.

Let me know if you have any questions!
