I think door is by Atrium, approx. 1990. I would need 4 legs @ 80", 2 heads at 36", or equivalent footage.

Take a look and compare our 58-173 bulb weatherseal and see how the dimensions compare to yours. The seal comes to us precut in 82" lengths, but you could cut them to size to meet your door specifications. Thanks for posting!
