Phillips window roller. Discontinued. Any substitute?

Well, G3200 is the part number. For this job, this roller was missing. Since the part is discontinued and missing on my end, a photo isn't happening.

We have actually been looking for a replacement roller for your Phillips window for a few years with no luck. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
