gapco windows, need snap in glazing

A quick learner from alabama says:

house built in 1988 with gapco windows. windows fine but the snap in glazing is brittle and has broken on several. we measured 3/8 inch by 7/16 inch (plus the part that snaps into the groove) Will Swisco part 55-161 fit our windows?

I believe you may be correct with the 55-161 snap-in glazing bead as a match. Just reconfirm the measurements match up with one another. If everything looks good, then you should be ok to go.
