glass door handle replacement

I'm trying to replace my sliding glass door handle. I have 2 part numbers I have found.... 1 was on the door it's self( SGD-R20-96x96)
The second number is on the handle itself...(2800-03) can you tell me what door handle to buy?

Take a look at our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" spacing between the mounting holes. Review the specifications on our product page to confirm that they match up to your hardware and you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
