glass shower door hardware

As you can see the bottom door hinge is rusting out. My husband installed years ago and has since passes away. I'm worried about a failure of the hardware now. Can this situation be fixed with replacement hardware or do I have to get a whole new door? This was part of a shower kit Lowe's sold and now no longer sell.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the shower hinge shown in your photos. The only hinge that we carry is the 10-081 but it installs differently than yours. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting
