glass sliding door is dragging

Glass sliding door is very difficult to close. Not rolling freely.
Door was installed as new construction by LaSalle Construction in 2002.

Hello,

If there is no debris in the track or rollers that needs to be cleared, there is a good chance that it is time to replace the rollers. We would need to see a roller removed from the door, along with dimensions, to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Thank you Casey. I can understand, not to much detail in those photos to work with. Is it very difficult to take the door down to access the rollers? Any suggestions or tips when taking the door down?
