Looking for replacement bead for glazing bead. appears to be 1/2 H x 1/2 W (could be 3/8?).

That looks pretty close, the only difference is the flat part on top. Who knows, it could just be that the snap-in piece that we pulled from the window collapsed over time. I'm going to give what you suggested a try.
