I'm not sure exactly what it is you're referring to. Are you talking about the gear bore? If so, that is not available separately. If yours has come out of your handle, then you will have to replace the whole operator. It means the gears have stripped out.

TOM THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE. IREPLACE A SPLIT ARM CRANK MODLE#39-147 WHEN I FINISED I HAD A SMALL GOLD SCREW LEFT THAT CAME WITH THE PK. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT GOES. THE CRANK WORKS FINE BUT I'M AFRAID IT WILL NOT WORK LATER ON. SONDRA

I'm not really sure what that screw could be. As long as your operator is fastened to the sill, however, you should be good.
