grant No. 18 sliding door roller assembly

Do you have a roller assembly for a heavy sliding door? Says Grant No. 18

I see you have the roller, 1-3/4"DIA REPLACEMENT NYLON CONCAVE BB WHEEL
Product Code: 81-116

It looks like my assembly has a brass rivet, can it be punched out and put your roller in? I think it would be better if you have the assembly.

A local glass company recommended you, do you have a Grant No 18 roller assembly like attached?

I pounded out the rivet, I think your 81-116 roller and your ROLLER AXLE REPAIR KIT 81-310 together could replace the rivet and sheave but I'd rather have the whole assembly.

Thanks for the photo. Unfortunately, we could not locate the Grant roller housing you are showing us. I am afraid the only solution is to replace the wheel and axle using our 81-116 and 81-310.

Hello, I have the same Grant No 18 roller assembly that needs replacing, actually several. I am curious if the wheel and axle 81-116 and 81-310 worked in this case?

I'm sorry to say that we haven't gotten any feedback concerning our suggested fix at this time, so I cannot confirm whether or not past customers were successful. Our 81-116 roller has also been discontinued for quite a number of years now with no direct replacement. The closest alternative currently in our catalog would be our 81-237, which is a little smaller at 1-11/16".

I'm very sorry that we can't offer an easier solution.
