grayco crank out window

Question

Grayco window will allow me to crank out window but not crank it back in.  there also appears to be a broken piece of black plastic that keeps window in track seen in image 8993.  I think the sticker says k501305-01 grayco 09-3294B  then size 27 5/8 by 53 1/4  bar10822 egress.  Hard to read sticker

Hello. I believe the window operator is the 39-216 and 39-217 single-arm style operator. However, judging from the photo it looks like the window hinge is what is broken. To test this try removing the operator from the window and then manually pushing and pulling the window. If it fails to close because the hinge keeps slipping out of the track, then you know that's the primary issue. See if the 36-004-10 10" Hinge Set matches what you have.
