Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 82-081 Keyed Handle Set. Go over the dimensions, particularly the 4-15/16" hole spacing, to ensure that they match your old hardware. Keep in mind that the way your handle set broke leads me to think that your patio door track and rollers may not be operating smoothly. It's possible the track and rollers need to either be cleaned or even outright replaced. If you need help with this, just let us know.
