guide for mirrored bi-fold door

I am looking for a part that will fit over a metal shaft on the top of a mirrored glass bi-fold door. It does not appear to be spring loaded. I may need to remove the top metal channel that holds the door together to access the bottom of the shaft. If I could just replace the nylon/plastic part and slide it on top of the shaft that would be easier.
