guide or pin for a window balancer

A quick learner from McLean, Virginia says:
Hi, one of side of my Pella window, the pin broke and I need one to replace it. The working one is in the picture above the screw (broken one on bottom left), and that's what needs to be replaced. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Pella has discontinued this exact pivot bar, but they recommend the 26-406B as a replacement. Note this pivot bar has a rod that is meant to fit into a hole in the sash on newer Pella windows. If your window lacks this hole, you can either carefully drill into your wood sash (being careful not to hit the glass), or cut off the leg with a hacksaw. You may want a professional to do this for you.

Please review the dimensions to see how they compare and let us know what you think!
