guides seem to be odd sized

A contractor from Glendale Heights, Illinois says:
this seems to be like the Series 371 Channel Balance with 19-031 top guide and a winged 15-005. However on my balances the "wings" are about 1-1/16. Any insight? Thanks!

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. This is actually the 19-037 top, not the 19-031, and so this will have to be custom built. We would be happy to do this for you. I am sending you an email with a custom link to order (2) of these balances. If you have any questions, or need a different amount, just let us know here in the discussion thread. Many thanks.
