dear swisco-
looking to replace springs and guides for (I believe Crystal brand) tilt double hungs. The tubes are 38" long- Orange tip- 5/8" diameter. The Guide is 1/2" thick-glass is 7/8" insulated.
Can you help me identify - or do i need to remove one of the sashes? ( release pin on the sash underside style)-

Based on the dimensions provided, please review the S600-38 spiral balance as a replacement option. For the pivot shoe, you will need to remove the original to obtain accurate dimensions of the width and thickness of the shoe. Please provide these dimensions to move forward. Thank you!
