Question

The window is a Kolbe awning. Unit size is 24"x24". The handle opens the window but when attempting to close the window it unwinds itself and comes out of its opening. The hardware on the window appears to be OK. Is it possible to get the handle with the working gear?

Once the gear that the handle attaches to breaks off of the base, unfortunately, the entire operator needs to be replaced. You can start by comparing the specifications of the 39-083 and 39-140 awning operators to your assembly. Thanks for posting!
