Thanks for posting. I am afraid this exact handle set design is no longer made, but we carry many different types that will work instead and have the same 3-15/16" hole spacing. See our 82-020, 82-032, 82-033, or 82-030. Consider all these options and see what you think. 

Also, note that this kind of damage to the inside pull can indicate door tracks and rollers that need maintenance. See this article here for details.
