handle replacement

how do i know which handle replacement size ir brand to get? or are these universal? please send me link to buy the right one. i need 2 of em. old one was gray by the way but color doesnt matter

These are not universal, no. That said, your operator looks like it might be Truth brand, which always uses a handle with an 11/32" hole diameter, like the 39-114L or 39-205. You will need to check the diameter of the hole on your old handle to confirm.
