handle return

On a unit like this LEVER HANDLE WITH DEADBOLT SET Product Code: 40-058

Where is the handle return located? Is it some sort of spring mechanism? The handle on mine no longer returns to the original position and I would like to know if I need a new handle or if there is a spring that can be replaced.

The spring for this kind of handle set is always located on the inside latch. If your exterior handle is droopy, then odds are replacing the internal handle will fix it. You could also just replace the whole handle set, of course.
