handle set dilemma
Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid I don't understand your question. If I'm understanding you correctly, you bought some of our handle sets and are trying to get them to flip over while still maintaining a consistent lock orientation. Is that right? If so, can you tell me the product code of the handle set you purchased from us? In most cases, our handles can be simply flipped around. In the most complex cases, you have to unscrew the pull from the base plate, flip it around, then rescrew it to the plate, but I can't say for sure without knowing what you have first. Let me know!
Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set
Okay, so I take it the 40-058 is what you purchased? If so, I'm afraid we don't have an alternate handed version of this handle. These are designed to be used on storm doors, which are rarely installed next to each other. I actually can't think of a circumstance where they would be. Are you sure the 40-058 is the handle set is what you need? If you were to show me a photo of the original handles and locking hardware on your door, we'd have a better idea of what you're working with and what a potential solution could be. Please be as clear as possible in your responses so that we're on the same page.
