Thanks for posting. For your Casement Locking Handles, see our 38-090. Just compare the dimensions with your old locks to ensure this could work for you. If you need a new handle for your casement operator, you will need to confirm the diameter of the spline that the handle attaches to. If it's 11/32", see something like our 39-114 or 39-205. If it's a different diameter, let us see pictures of the spline. Many thanks.
