handle/lock on sliding door

Question

I am trying to replace an old handle/lock on a sliding glass door on a Park Model mobile home. The screw distance is about 3 7/8" apart. The mortise is completely missing. We do need a keyed on the outside model.

We can't be sure since your latch is missing but it looks like you might have something like the 82-003 handle set with 3-15/16" mounting holes. This assembly does not come with a key lock but can be used with the 82-310 that is sold separately. Take a look and see what you think.
