It sounds like you're in need of some new spiral balances for your window. We'd be happy to help you find some replacements, but we'll need a picture of your balance removed from the window, as well as the length of the metal tube. Thank you!

Thanks for the photo! We'll need a couple more pieces of information from you to make our best recommendation for a replacement. Do you have tilt or non tilt windows? Meaning, do they tilt out for you for cleaning purposes or do they just go up and down? 

We'll also need to know the diameter of the metal tube. Is it 3/8" or 5/8"? 

Get back to us with that info and we should have all we need to recommend the correct balance.

Thanks for getting back to us. For a non-tilt window with 3/8" tubing and a length of 17", you can use our S400-17 with the red tip option. Hope this helps!
