hard to open or shut

back in 2015 i ordered a pair of S380-24 with a 2350 option. size is great, but i guessed on the option. the window is hard to open or close. i want to order another pair what option should i get. i dont have the originals anymore. thanks, greg

To determine the correct stamp option for your window, you will need to remove the window sash and weigh it on a bathroom scale. From there, go to the S380-24 product page and review the stamp chart under the product description. Compare the weight of the sash to the chart to confirm the correct option.
