It looks like you need a replacement coil spring system. We can help. To start, you will need to remove the complete system out of the window and upload new photos for us to see. If there happens to be any type of stampings or markings on the coil spring itself, please make sure to include that information for us. Thank you. |

Thank you for the photos. With the photos installed in the window, it still makes it hard for us to be able to make an accurate recommendation. Starting with your pivot shoe, have a look at our 15-180. You will need to remove your shoe from the window to compare your measurements with ours. This shoe can be used with the Series 190 coil spring. Your spring should have some sort of stamping or marking on it that will indicate the spring strength needed. If it does not, you will need the exact weight of your sash to determine the spring strength needed for your coils. Lastly, for the support clip, our 15-181 should work. Please review all the parts mentioned and let us know if any other questions come up. |
