hardware failure

Question

I have 20 of the parts shown above. White pins are breaking inside hardware causing inability to lock window securely.
Are the pins available separately ? The hardware otherwise is perfectly fine.

I'm afraid those pins are not available separately. If they have broken, then you need a new lock.

I recommend our 38-036. This looks like a dead ringer for what you have in your photo. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
