Thanks for posting! Your crank assembly can be replaced with the 39-091 ROTO Casement Operator (the opposite version is the 39-092). The 39-557 Roto Spacer is the piece installed just below the base of the operator. If you also need to replace the crank handles, you have the option to choose between the 39-224 Fold-Down Crank Handle or the 39-230 White Handle w/ Set Screw.
We no longer sell the compatible link arm for these operators, so you will need to detach that from the old operator base to use on the replacement.
In regard to the window hinge, we do not have your exact replacement but our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set has been successful as an alternative but you should expect to drill new installation holes. You'll need to be careful not to drill too far into the frame since you could potentially hit the glass.
Keep in mind you will need to to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure the integrity of the window's function. This set can be used for right and left handed applications.
