hardware lock and handles

I'm looking for a replacement door hardware lock and handles to replace the current handles without a lock. I believe it's a Harvey Door, 2 light vinyl slider. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-081 keyed handle set with 4-15/16" installation holes to your assembly. This handle set is compatible with the 82-238 that resembles the mortise lock shown in your photos. Thanks for posting!
