having issues re-installing Lapage Double hung window sash

I am having issues re installing lapage double hung windows into clips on the balance.
I have installed hundreds of windows but can't figure out these!The clips won't accept the pins?

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your balance. May we see the balance shoes, as well as, the sash pivots that go in them? That would be most helpful to us.
